Bu y\u00f6netmelik i\u00e7erisinde, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra yap\u0131lan yeni binalar ve mevcut binalar i\u00e7in enerji kimlik belgesi\u00a0bulundurulmas\u0131 zorunlu hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Binalar\u0131n enerji performans\u0131, <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/yenitema\/komur\/\">k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/yenitema\/petrol\/\">petrol<\/a>, do\u011falgaz, odun gibi direkt t\u00fcketilebilen birincil enerji olarak bilinen kaynaklardan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bina <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/binalarda-enerji-performansi-yonetmeligi.html\">enerji performans\u0131<\/a>, as\u0131l binan\u0131n senelik metrekare \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcne d\u00fc\u015fen enerji harcama tutarlar\u0131n\u0131n ve <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/yenitema\/karbondioksit-co%e2%82%82-tanimi\/\">karbondioksit<\/a> sal\u0131n\u0131m miktarlar\u0131n\u0131n, di\u011fer binan\u0131n senelik metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/tep-hesaplama.html\">enerji harcama tutar\u0131<\/a> ve karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m miktarlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fle\u015ftirilmesiyle enerji t\u00fcketimi ve karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 hesaplamalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Burada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hesaplama y\u00f6ntemi ile her iki bina i\u00e7in de \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak hem as\u0131l bina hem de referans bina i\u00e7in t\u00fcketim ve sal\u0131n\u0131m de\u011ferlerini hesaplar\u0131z. Hesaplama, iki bina i\u00e7in sadece iki kez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r fakat kullan\u0131c\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131ma tek olarak as\u0131l binay\u0131 tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Referans binan\u0131n birincil enerji iste\u011fi daha sonradan haz\u0131rlanan binan\u0131n enerji performans\u0131n\u0131 niteler.\u00a0Hesaplama sonucunda elde edilen veriler, binan\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketimini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmada kullan\u0131lan standart verilerdir. Elde edilen bu verilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yap\u0131larak, as\u0131l olan binan\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/a-sinifi-enerji-kimlik-belgesi-icin-yapilmasi-gerekenler.html\">enerji harcama s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131<\/a> belirlenir.<\/p>\n<h2>Bina Enerji Performans\u0131 Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 (BEPTR)<\/h2>\n<p>Referans bina, Bina Enerji Performans\u0131 Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 program\u0131na kaydedilen birinci binan\u0131n verilerini kullanarak sistemce otomatik bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fturulur. Referans bina, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/hizmetler\/enerji-kimlik-belgesi\">Enerji Kimlik Belgesi<\/a><\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak olan ilk bina ile ayn\u0131 iklim kapsam\u0131na, s\u0131cak su sistemine, fiziksel \u00f6zelliklere, ayd\u0131nlatma sistemine ve yenilenebilir kojenerasyon ve enerji sistemine mensup, fakat mekanik sistemler ve bina d\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n termofiziksel nitelikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan y\u00f6netmeliklerdeki en az uygunluk istatistiklerini kapsayan sanal konuttur ve referans de\u011ferler kullan\u0131larak hesaplamalar yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genel olarak \u00fclkeler referans bina ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fclke standartlar\u0131na, iklim b\u00f6lgelerine ve binalar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na uygun nitelikte olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu y\u00f6netmelikte kapsam\u0131nda varsay\u0131lan referans binan\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda bina boyutu, ya\u015f\u0131, maliyet b\u00fct\u00e7esi, yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan malzemeleri ve iklim b\u00f6lgeleri gibi alt se\u00e7enekler i\u00e7in bina stoklar\u0131n\u0131n ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri temel al\u0131nabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bina <a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/enerji-izleme-sistemleri-isletme-enerji-tasarrufu-potansiyeli.html\">Enerji Performans\u0131 Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 program\u0131nda referans bina mekanik sistemleri<\/a> konut ve konut d\u0131\u015f\u0131 binalar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olarak analiz edilmi\u015ftir. Plan, \u00e7at\u0131 tipleri ve kesit ile boyu ve b\u00fct\u00fcn toplam alanlar\u0131 as\u0131l olan bina i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilen ve girilen verilerle ayn\u0131 olarak nitelendirilir.<\/li>\n<li>As\u0131l olan bina ile e\u015fit say\u0131da kat ve tamamen e\u015fit olarak iklimlendirilmi\u015f kat alan\u0131 ile sistematik bir \u015fekilde modellenir.<\/li>\n<li>Bina bile\u015fenlerinin \u0131s\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u015fi ve \u0131s\u0131 depolama \u00f6zellikleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan as\u0131l olan binayla e\u015f de\u011fer olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>As\u0131l olan bina ile ayn\u0131 yerde konumlanm\u0131\u015f olan ve ayn\u0131 iklim verilerine e\u015f de\u011fer oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek hesaplamalar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Opak ve saydam bile\u015fenleri TS825 standard\u0131na uygun bir bi\u00e7imde olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Ayd\u0131nlatma i\u00e7in mevzuatta belirtilen minimum parametrelere sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bestenerji.com.tr\/yenilenebilir-enerji-destekleri-sartlar.html\">Yenilenebilir enerji<\/a> ve kojenerasyon sisteminin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilerek olu\u015fturulur.<\/li>\n<li>As\u0131l olan bina i\u00e7 mek\u00e2n \u0131s\u0131tma- so\u011futma, ayd\u0131nlatma kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc, havaland\u0131rma sistem boyutlar\u0131 ve s\u0131cak su sistemi de dahil t\u00fcm tasar\u0131m dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 ile hesapl\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The COVID-19 pandemic has caused vast economic breakdown across the world, as customer demand and industry activity and confidence have collapsed.
